Congratulations Yoshi, you made the Halloween Special episode!
Blogger Stacey Hooper from British Columbia, Canada is putting together a costume calendar about Yoshi, her poor tormented cat. Take a look at the sneak preview below, and find tips for dressing and photographing your pet.

Yoshi as Madonna. This hilarious ensemble was sewn from scrap fabric. Once in a while, Stacey works from a small size dog costume pattern, found back of the pattern catalogues at the fabric store.
This is Yoshi's pirate costume, inspirated by the local dollar store. She looks for tea towels, bandanas, wire, kids’ toys, and hair accessories. Yoshi’s costumes are pulled together with a glue gun, double-sided tape, and adhesive Velcro.

P.S.: Here are a few bonus tips for dressing your pet, from Stacey Hooper:
- Fiddle with lighting and backdrops
- Have a stuffed animal, or toy handy
- Don't forget to charge your batteries
- Make sure your pet's back legs and front paws are free and uncovered
- Dress and bring in your pet only when you are completely ready to shoot
- Give lots of praise and did I mention treats? Can’t have too many treats!
